We’ve always enjoyed Retail Brand Marketing. The product testing is ongoing and the consumer feedback is immediate. As Domino’s National Brand Marketing partner we’ve helped to facilitate strategic brand marketing research on customer satisfaction, the Domino’s flavour profile and focus groups to taste-test new products | Pictured is various promotional print and a Delivery Driver Recruitment poster.
Domino’s is about much more than pizza, it’s also about a vast and varied array of new products. They all embody the Domino’s promise of flavourful food, fresh ingredients and good value. These product attributes are portrayed utilizing bright colours, captivating copy and outstanding product photography for all brand marketing channels. We’ve also worked extensively with individual franchisees.
Ongoing integrated branding campaigns have utilized national direct mail, TV and radio to existing and new customers, plus outdoor, transit and event sponsorship to potential new ones.
RESULTS | Each National Direct Mail campaign translated to an average 15% increase in spending to existing customers during the six week promotional period and attracted an additional 10% increase in new customers.
